Disney's Darkwing Duck introduced a concept that, unfortunately, was not utilized nearly enough -- the Negaverse. The few glimpses viewers had of that alternate reality showed characters that appeared familiar, but they acted in a way contary to the "real world." Darkwing Duck was evil (aka, Negaduck), the rest of the Fearsome Five were docile, Gosalyn was a prissy girl instead of a tomboy, etc.
One of the characters that appeared as a guest on Darkwing Duck was heroic Gizmoduck from DuckTales. One can only imagine what his Nega- version may have been like.
Actually, now, you don't have to imagine. Cower in fear!

What child of the eighties doesn't remember the prevalence of Disney ducks on our airwaves? Personally I was warped by early influences such as 'Darkwing Duck', 'Duck Tales', 'The Mighty Ducks' and 'Quack Pack' (my gosh there were a lot of them!) and to this day I am uncommonly fond of web-footed cartoon characters.
This poster-style piece combines benevolent and somewhat clumsy superhero Gizmoduck with a concept introduced in the 'Darkwing Duck' series; the Negaverse, where black is white, left is right, and right is very, very wrong. (Suggested by =nidhi-rathish and Featured by `animator)
