Artist's Comments
I've wanted to do a sketch of Ludwig von Drake for a while, and never could get him to look right. Had to grab my copy of "A Symposium On Popular Songs" to see what I was doing wrong.
I think I've been so used to seeing him in the style of the era (which is a lot more angular compared to more recent things like DuckTales and Darkwing Duck) -- that any time I tried to draw him like other characters, he never looked quite right. This is a long overdue gift to  -- something I wanted to do for a big Ludwig fan AND for her club  .
